Returns & Refunds

At Glimmer, we want you to feel good about what you put in (and on) your body. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
1. All Sales Are Final (for Consumable Products)
Due to the nature of our wellness products and for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items, including Glow Drops.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@heyglimmer.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
2. Apparel & Merchandise
Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise (such as hats or apparel) within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at orders@heyglimmer.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
