Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Glimmer. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your Glow Drops and wellness products will be shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): flat rate or calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): available for an additional fee
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
3. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems delayed, reach out to us at: orders@heyglimmer.com
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@heyglimmer.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
